Honestly no complaints whatsoever. Fairly clean place with friendly and top-class staff members and mountain views. A wide array of goodies for breakfast. Magnificent location - 15 mins walk from a bus station. Plus, 5 minutes drive from Abraj al Bait Mall Towers.

After a long day at Arches National Park, it was perfect to unwind at the pool under the stars. Booked a King Room with Mountain View but ended up in a double queen facing the parking lot. Poor soundproofing meant headlights from cars filled the room at night, hard to sleep. The materials used in the hotel feel cheap, with a lack of effective lighting by the beds and dirty bathroom floors. The breakfast options could definitely use improvement. While there are some hot choices, the pastries just hit a low note. Plus, overbooking seems to be an issue, so prepare for potential disappointments if you've got your heart set on a specific room.

Excellent breakfast with made-to-order options. Front desk staff lacked professionalism. They seemed overwhelmed and rude at times.

The king room with a mountain view was so modern and comfortable, it was like a cozy retreat after a week of camping. The saltwater pool was such a refreshing delight, and I couldn't get enough of the daily changing breakfast menu, especially the breakfast tacos! Plus, the proximity to Arches National Park made our adventures easy and so fun.
